Sounds like manufactures defect. It should have been returned and evaluated with no problem, unless you rode and abused it. How long was it that you owned the frame?
quit bitching and ride ur bike i dont know of any frame that u can slam ur wheel and it was perfect plus it could be ur axle or rim or something else but if it is the frame ur fucked cus if one is fucked they all r and me nick zack and all the other riders have no problems with it so i would say just put ur wheel on and set it in place. and if that does not work the buy a fit like every one else.
well i dont know what else it could be but i have an extra raw psykopath frame 21 inch. u can have it if u really think that it's going to be a problem for ur riding it's not new but it's good but it's got a ding in the down tube but that about all thats wrong with it.
are you serious? i have this scratch on my S3. i think it will interfere with my aerodynamics when i sit on my bike. Good thing I don't ride it, it could be prone to cracking or even worse....RUST...
just ride it for a while. if it breaks, it won't kill you. it will prolly be a small crack and i bet anything endo or nick would help you out then. most of the time when you ride, you get dents, i think dents are far more worse than a mis weld. i have owned aluminum miswelded schwinns and nothing ever came about from it. Just ride it man.
Did you really have to put the bike together just to tell your shit was welded crooked? Even aside from that, they would not take it back at that point? If not that is kind of fucked. But that is what you get for buying some bullshit.

The wheel worked fine in my FBM Deployer...

Well since Psykopath won't replace it, I will just keep riding it. The only problem is that the crooked weld might interfere with the brakes.

i noticed that the frame wasn't perfect when I picked the frame up from Nick, he said don't worry about it...
