“Fence will let bikers know they’re not welcome in Redwood City skate park.”
Thanks to John Farr for sending me the link. My only comment on this is that Parks and Rec Director Chris Beth and his staff are wasting $80,000 of taxpayer money in order to fix a problem that exists mainly because parents bring 10-year olds to the skatepark rather than the playground. In case you’d like to speak your mind on the matter, click here for some contact info.
BMX bikers soon will be fenced out of a popular Redwood City skate park.
The city is finishing plans to build a 6-foot black steel fence around the perimeter of Phil Shao Memorial Skate Park, more than two years after officials first pledged to do so.
According to city rules, only skateboarders are allowed to use the Red Morton Park facility, but BMX bikers have routinely cruised the skate park’s dips, bowls, rails and ledges since it opened in 2003.
Parents and parks administrators have long said they are concerned about the potential for collisions between bikers and skateboarders using the same park.
City officials hope the $80,000 fence, approved without discussion by the City Council this month, will help keep bikes out and skateboarders in.
“We’ve always wanted a fence, and based on the feedback from users, they also wanted that,” said Parks and Recreation Director Chris Beth.
The fence will have a single entrance to the park that should be difficult to navigate with a bicycle. Bikers who get through anyway will have a harder time avoiding citations if police are called, Beth said.
“When we were calling police, when they were arriving, everybody scattered,” Beth said. “If we do need to address the issue right up front, it’ll be easier.”
While skateboarding is considered a “hazardous recreational activity” under state law, biking is not. That has led most skate parks in California to ban biking out of fear they could be exposed to lawsuits if a biker is injured.
The parks department announced in late 2007 its plans for a fence around the skate park, but its capital improvement budget was tied up, Beth said.
City officials will meet next week with a local fence company to decide on a construction timeline, Beth said Friday. The fence will take about a month to construct and it’s not clear whether the skate park will be closed during that time.

Why analog was really taken away from us…
Why big brother took analog away…
I have been searching high and low to find more about this. Don’t you miss the fact that if you have a shitty little black and white TV that you could still watch a 49ers or Giants game in your backyard with a perfect picture if your antenna was decent? Of if you have ever tailgated at a football game, you could plug your $20. Radio Shack power inverter into your cigarette lighter, and plug your TV in and watch the pregame because the signal was beaming strong off of K.O.I.T. tower. Gone are those days because of the big hyped switch to digital. If you remember the marketing for this, it was centrally centered on, “oh you will get a clearer, better picture.” Nothing could be further from the truth. Digital is a formatted signal, computerized if you will. The same thing as the fancy CG graphics you see in movies today like Avatar which you should really go see in 3D if you have not already. Analog on the other hand was a “real time” signal. As pure as you can get, the quality may not be great, but the clocking speed and interlace timing was not manipulated. Well I came across this and found it to be quite interesting, and it is YET, another glimpse into the goings on behind people’s backs. My old posts may seem like drunken rants, but there was much truth behind them, even though they may have lacked sensibility. There is a movement known as the New World Order coming to rise as a silent beast which “may” ultimately rule with an iron fist one day. “Their” agenda to convert our country to a Police state and to eventually rule the entire world under one fist, one law. No I am not talking wrestling. The evidence and information is out there for anyone to access. If you are curious, use this crazy thing known as the “people’s network” a.k.a. the internet. Take full advantage before the government tries to take that from us to, already happening in China. You can Google some basic shit, and be prepared to be disturbed or put in a state of disbelief.

Ex-IBM Employee Reveals TV Abandoned Analog Band to Make Room for RFID
Clearing out the high power analog tv emissions will improve signal to noise ratio for RFID emitting in the 700MHz band, and potentially allow passive satellite tracking of these RFID signals.
I’m thinking about getting a stainless steel wallet to protect against having any “enhanced” RFID cards tracked or skimmed remotely.
————
(AFP/dprogram.net) According to a former 31-year IBM employee, the highly-publicized, mandatory switch from analog to digital television is mainly being done to free up analog frequencies and make room for scanners used to read implantable RFID microchips and track people and products throughout the world.
So while the American people, especially those in Texas and other busy border states, have been inundated lately with news reports advising them to hurry and get their expensive passports, “enhanced driver’s licenses,” passport cards and other “chipped” or otherwise trackable identification devices that they are being forced to own, this digital television/RFID connection has been hidden, according to Patrick Redmond.
Redmond, a Canadian, held a variety of jobs at IBM before retiring, including working in the company’s Toronto lab from 1992 to 2007, then in sales support. He has given talks, written a book and produced a DVD on the aggressive, growing use of passive, semi-passive and active RFID chips (Radio Frequency Identification Devices) implanted in new clothing, in items such as Gillette Fusion blades, and in countless other products that become one’s personal belongings. These RFID chips, many of which are as small, or smaller, than the tip of a sharp pencil, also are embedded in all new U.S. passports, some medical cards, a growing number of credit and debit cards and so on. More than two billion of them were sold in 2007.
Whether active, semi-passive or passive, these “transponder chips,” as they’re sometimes called, can be accessed or activated with “readers” that can pick up the unique signal given off by each chip and glean information from it on the identity and whereabouts of the product or person, depending on design and circumstances, as Redmond explained in a little-publicized lecture in Canada last year. AFP just obtained a DVD of his talk.
Noted “Spychips” expert, author and radio host Katherine Albrecht told AMERICAN FREE PRESS that while she’s not totally sure whether there is a rock-solid RFID-DTV link, “The purpose of the switch [to digital] was to free up bandwidth. It’s a pretty wide band, so freeing that up creates a huge swath of frequencies.”
As is generally known, the active chips have an internal power source and antenna; these particular chips emit a constant signal. “This allows the tag to send signals back to the reader, so if I have a RFID chip on me and it has a battery, I can just send a signal to a reader wherever it is,” Redmond stated in the recent lecture, given to the Catholic patriot group known as the Pilgrims of Saint Michael, which also is known for advocating social credit, a dramatic monetary reform plan to end the practice of national governments bringing money into existence by borrowing it, with interest, from private central banks. The group’s publication The Michael Journal advocates having national governments create their own money interest-free. It also covers the RFID issue.
“The increased use of RFID chips is going to require the increased use of the UBF [UHF] spectrum,” Redmond said, hitting on his essential point that TV is going digital for a much different reason than the average person assumes, “They are going to stop using the [UHF] and VHF frequencies in 2009. Everything is going to go digital (in the U.S.). Canada is going to do the same thing.”
Explaining the unsettling crux of the matter, he continued: “The reason they are doing this is that the [UHF-VHF] analog frequencies are being used for the chips. They do not want to overload the chips with television signals, so the chips’ signals are going to be taking those [analog] frequencies. They plan to sell the frequencies to private companies and other groups who will use them to monitor the chips.”
Albrecht responded to that quote only by saying that it sounds plausible, since she knows some chips will indeed operate in the UHF-VHF ranges.
“Well over a million pets have been chipped,” Redmond said, adding that all 31,000 police officers in London have in some manner been chipped as well, much to the consternation of some who want that morning donut without being tracked. London also can link a RFID chip in a public transportation pass with the customer’s name. “Where is John Smith? Oh, he is on subway car 32,” Redmond said.
He added that chips for following automobile drivers – while the concept is being fought by several states in the U.S. which do not want nationalized, trackable driver’s licenses (Real ID ) – is apparently a slam dunk in Canada, where license plates have quietly been chipped. Such identification tags can contain work history, education, religion, ethnicity, reproductive history and much more.
Farm animals are increasingly being chipped; furthermore, “Some 800 hospitals in the U.S. are now chipping their patients; you can turn it down, but it’s available,” he said, adding: “Four hospitals in Puerto Rico have put them in the arms of Alzheimer’s patients, and it only costs about $200 per person.”
VeriChip, a major chip maker (the devices sometimes also are called Spychips) describes its product on its website: “About twice the length of a grain of rice, the device is typically implanted above the triceps area of an individual’s right arm. Once scanned at the proper frequency, the VeriChip responds with a unique 16 digit number which could be then linked with information about the user held on a database for identity verification, medical records access and other uses. The insertion procedure is performed under local anesthetic in a physician’s office and once inserted, is invisible to the naked eye. As an implanted device used for identification by a third party, it has generated controversy and debate.”
The circles will keep widening, Redmond predicts. Chipping children “to be able to protect them,” Redmond said, “is being promoted in the media.” After that, he believes it will come to: chip the military, chip welfare cheats, chip criminals, chip workers who are goofing off, chip pensioners – and then chip everyone else under whatever rationale is cited by government and highly-protected corporations that stand to make billions of dollars from this technology. Meanwhile, the concept is marketed by a corporate media that, far from being a watchdog of the surveillance state, is part of it, much like the media give free publicity to human vaccination programs without critical analysis on possible dangers and side effects of the vaccines.
“That’s the first time I have heard of it,” a Federal Communications Commission official claimed, when AFP asked him about the RFID-DTV issue on June 2. Preferring anonymity, he added: “I am not at all aware of that being a cause (of going to DTV).”
“Nigel Gilbert of the Royal Academy of Engineering said that by 2011 you should be able to go on Google and find out where someone is at anytime from chips on clothing, in cars, in cellphones and inside many people themselves,” Redmond also said.
So none of this is concrete, but damn it there is enough evidence and intelligent people that are clearly alarmed about it. Our freedoms are being taken away one by one, even better if you do not know about it. Are you cool with someone being able to track your every movement all the time? If you ever want to drive somewhere to be alone, your not, this is disturbing and I think many would agree. Do a rain dance now so we can go ride.
Peace,
Damian

Only Howard Stern fans would appreciate this.
One of my Christmas presents from my wife was tickets to an “evening with the Reverend Bob Levy, and possibly an Eric the Midget sighting at best.” If you listen to the Stern Show you should know the comedian Bob Levy from his many appearances on the show or his own show called “Miserable Men” that he hosts on Sirius radio. Also the coolest midget in Nor Cal, Eric. Eric started calling the show a few years back and Howard would put him on the air because he was obsessed with Kelly Clarkson and Diana Digarmo. If this is too gay or over your head then stop reading this now! A 30+ year old guy living at home is funny, but add a wheel chair, club feet, and limited control of his hands and you have pure entertainment. Howard loves American Idol so that is why Eric got on the show. In no time the fans ate him up because he had absolutely know sense of humor and slowly people learned of the life he lived everyday. This consisted of surfing the net 24/7 and humping his pillow literally. He can’t control his hands enough to jack off so he would lie on his stomach and somehow create a motion that would allow him to drop loads all over his N.Y. Yankee sheets. No joke. He became known as the little midget that could. His fame led him to full comped visits to the Bunny Ranch in Nevada. There some prostitute would Hulk up and screw him I guess. The owner of the Ranch Dennis Hoff would comp the visit because he knew when Eric got home that he would call in and the show would talk about the trip, thus free advertising to millions of people world wide. Eric would think that the girls were in love with him since he could not grasp the fact that they would try and fuck him for they too would get time on the air. Shits hilarious. Eric tours sometimes with Reverend Levy, Beetlejuice, “The Iron Shiek”, Sal the Stockbroker, and Richard Christy.

So we hooked up with Craig Hoffman and the three of us headed to central Cali to a dimly lit room at a Ramada Inn for a comedy show. The stage was portable, maybe 12×12feet and like 6inches off the floor, ya big time. The room was filled with tables that seated 8 each. There was a cheap shity bar at the back of the room where the staff took the drink prices down and started charging what ever they wanted which is great. A fucking coke was 3$ served in a 6 ounce glass filled with ice so your left with maybe a shot of Coke. So even if you were not drinking you were still grabbing your ankles. The room slowly filled up with lots of biker types and a lot of broads that were towering in their heels but looked like they might have been guys. Fat girls that carried themselves like they were Playmates, one guy walking around hitting on them with a huge piss stain on the front of his pants. She males in full effect and then there were these Crowbar looking types that were bald with the beards wearing shirts that were size 5x. Basically every person in the room had their own shit going on. All walks of life, mostly Stern fans. It ruled and I highly recommend it. Eric the midget did 5 minutes and the crowd let him do it. Couple other comedians were there, people sitting close always got ripped on. Girls having to show with their hands how big their pussies were, guys wearing Charlie Brown looking shirts got ripped on as well. Whole place let loose, white supremacy, Jew supremacy, everyone got hit. Saw Joey Cobbs there as well but wasn’t sure if that was him till after the show. I did shoot Eric the Midget’s set as well. Hoffman was in full form and naturally made fans with everyone he talked to. Can’t wait till the next one.

Crowbar wants ribs!
Saw this ad that Squirrel talked about recently during the first quarter of the Jets-Colts game. On a sidenote, although I’m disappointed that the Jets lost, goddamn am I happy that the Favres Vikings lost to the Saints.
